This 1965 Chevelle Malibu SS takes the Super Sport theme to the limits. The fire alarm red paint is done to concours quality. The perfect stance is created by mini-tubs making room for the extra wide BF Goodrich tires. The old style Cragar SS wheels complete the stance. The interior is completely custom with hand stitched white upholstery with 10-way power and ventilated seats. The gauges are Dakota Digital which include a 160 mph speedometer, 8000 RPM tach and auxiliary readouts. The tinted glass, padded dash, billet 3-spoke steering wheel, Ididit tilt steering wheel, custom console, Vintage Air and multi-speaker radio complete the interior. The engine compartment shows the same attention to detail as the entire car. It houses an all aluminum V-8 engine based on a Racing Head Services block and matching CNC ported LS7 cylinder heads. Fitted with a Callies 4340 forged steel crank and connecting rods, forged aluminum pistons, a CompCam hydraulic roller camshaft and T&D shaft roller rocker arms, the LS engines ancillaries include a FAST LSXR intake manifold, tube steel headers feeding a custom stainless steel dual exhaust system and Be Cool cooling system. A narrowed 12-bolt Positraction incorporating new gears and Strange Engineering axles finish the bulletproof drivetrain. Tubular front A-arms, Detroit Speed 4-link rear suspension, coilover and Wildwood 4-wheel disc brakes provide superior handling to match this Pro Touring Chevelle's presentation. Any car enthusiast knows this car took a whole lot more to create than the asking price. Serious buyers please call with any questions. Thanks for looking!!!
